Hi Im andrew and im a springer war airsoft vet and a AA forum newbie, im only 15...sigh, got my first aeg about a week ago, the src m4 (tokyo marui compatible) got it to go to new york and play with a bunch of people i know down there, looking to attend some matches, hopin you guys will have a match in august near 79th avenue, i can get a waiver signed and notarized no problem.... if there are any unnoficial matches that would be kool too, got me a set of goggles and one of those military helmets from jt, should be here any day now. Also got the ncstar 30 mm red dot scope. I highly recomend the goggle-helmet deal jt has right now. 20 bucks for both. PM me if youve got an unnoficial game going.

Other than your extensive arsenal, you have yet to tell us anything about yourself.

Hey everyone!

I'm a pal of studdermonkey. He told me to stop on by  :P. I actually live in Florida. Been playin' airsoft for a little over a year now. I LOVE IT!! I'm also dangerously addicted to gear and MultiCam  [smilie=armata_pdt_34.gif]. So far, I've been to OPI:II and LC4.

Well, just wanted to introduce myself.

Well, I suppose it's a good thing most of our A CO bashing was in the secure discussion, huh?

Seriously though, welcome, Howie. It's good to have people from the larger airsoft community joining our forum. Enjoy.

Well, I wouldn't have quite called it a "rape"  :P But, it was a very fun game. There were just too many n00bs on A CO.....always my luck

Paintballer no more!
« Reply #29 on: July 21, 2005, 01:27:57 PM »
:?:

I also was unable to post as a "newbie"  so Here I am.

Hello all and let me say I am looking forward to the conversion from Paintball to Airsoft.  I have played scenario paintball for years and been too busy until now to make the switch!

I actually have a dual purpose in mind with joining you organization 1. to play, meet new friends and have fun 2. to use my resources as the brand rep for Monster Energy drink to help sponsor the organization and help to promote the sport and players!

I read through the Newbie guide that is posted (very thorough but also super informative, a must read for sure). Kudos to the author for taking the time to spell it all out!

In a past life I was a Sheriff's deputy and have had a love of this type of sport for years! (as a kid the good ol' brass bb's left quite the welts!!!!)

I'm 34, live in central phx, love the outdoors, all types of activities including motorcycling camping, fishing etc.

Quick note about the name and I'll quit rambling,  I have played Ghost Recon on PC for years and used that handle (Willy Wonka fan) and the name stuck and always got some laughs so why change a good thang!

Looking forward to meeting some of you all at the next game and getting started.  Currently do not have any toys but looking to purchase in the next week or so, though I would check the classifieds first and keep some cash in the family so to speak!

Later ~

Evel
