I'd have to disagree, I've had people walk within 10 feet of me and not see me while wearing my tropentarn, but while wearing ACU I've been hit while I wasnt moving and behind a bush at 100 feet away. I've found that good camo does its job in airsoft as long as you pick the proper vegitation to hide behind, and its usually[when I'm looking anyway] someones face/sholders that gives them away. However theres no camo in the world that can hide you while your running.
Also, unless I missed something I noticed the article left out flecktarn and tropentarn, the author seemed more interested in the digital patterns.

It actually does seem like a waste of money though, since we already know alot of the special forces liked to use the 416, and not many new rifles that fit the bill have come out since the last time they did this.

If Im not mistaken gear color doesnt matter.
