The Return of Rebel Union Airsoft
« on: March 31, 2015, 04:30:13 PM »
Hey guys, I know many of you may not know or remember Rebel Union, we are a small core group that has hosted many  free airsoft games and events in the past and due to certain personal goals had to halt games for a few years. I would like you to know that we will soon be hosting games again and we look forward to seeing old faces and meeting the next gen of airsofters. Thanks for reading and what's up to everyone that remembers!!

Rid yourselves of my kind?
I'm sorry but can I please be filled in why people I don't know are upset?
I must have missed something very important apparently.

Are you guys serious or is the vodka throwing off my ability to detect sarcasm?

I don't ever remember playing with either of you two.

Thanks Henry!

And don't worry mike, if anything was done to offend those guys I will do my best to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future.

How about threatening players saying you've got a full bag of steel bbs with their name on it, or claiming that a hit didn't count cause it hit your plates? R.U. at its finest.

Here's to hoping for, but not expecting, the best.

Do you have a name or a description of that person?

Seth, there was other guys before us that were the original starting guys. Brad, and myself were just part of the team.

Jacob is actually the one that started the team and that's fourwheeltrooperguy.

I am not sure who would threaten someone with steel bbs, but I can assure you it was not on my watch. As luis said, I started Rebel Union and during my time hosting games that never happened. It is funny who you consider "original Rebel Union" I am very fond of all of the players you mentioned and still talk to them, but they did come a few years after we started.

All this being said, I already feel persuaded to now keep the games private. I had to put a lot of time, effort, and my own money into hosting games. Luis and the guys all had. How many of the players reading this have ever been to one of our BBQ events? Or the toys for tots charity game that we held with Fightertown? Tons of work went into those events, hours of planning for one sole reason- to share our passion for what a great game airsoft can be.

I feel very disrespected by all of you that are slandering Rebel Union, NONE of which have ever met me or can give me any REAL justification for this.

So I've gotten a few private messages about the issues you guys are having. Thank you for the feedback, and anyone else who would like to send me a PM about this is welcome to do so.

From what I've heard, the people at issue either aren't in Rebel Union anymore or aren't playing airsoft anymore.

I don't see any other useful conversation coming from this.
