Prices aren't bad, but you guys need a better Japanese to English translator.  A clip from their web site.

I didn't realize the web page didn't post my message to Katsumi-San as I had posted it.  Paco is there an issue with the "quick reply" that changes the characters once "Submit Reply" command is entered that changed the characters.  That is not the Japanese text I entered,,,

This web site/server doesn't support Kanji characters...  I didn't think anyone would ever need it.
