Items Wanted: For my 19 year old little brother

I'm wanting to get my 19 year old little brother into the sport. I'm willing to spend a couple hundred bucks to get him started. I want to get him a less expensive gun, but I don't want to get him something cheezy that will turn him off to it and think that airsoft is "lame". I've looked through the forums and found some things as far as equipment, but I was hoping for suggestions as far as the weapon to get him. He's a "gangsta thug" kid. Any suggestions on what type of model he might think is cool?

As for a model for him to think its cool, first he should prolly drop the mentality of a wannabe wanksta, and think about where hes gonna be playing the most, and what role would be good for him. What weapon handles the best for him, the weight, and size. I'd say start him out with G36C, M4 variant, or AK47, they run pretty cheap, and gangsta all over the world 'respect' the image with these variants. I'm sure anyone of those would go well with this wifebeater, and saggy pants. Just throw on a chest right, and he will be right of Havana from MW2. I'd love to shoot him if he ran around with something 'Akimbo.'
