The Eagle Industries PC is great.

I have one in multicam with the cummerbund, and it has served me well.  Unlike DBT's FAPC, you don't need plates to mount pouches on without it sagging.  Plus it's comfortable.  I soiled my pants when I put mine on after wearing an IBA for a couple months in BCT and AIT.

All those websites above sell magazine pouches designed for M16/M4 series magazines.

You wont find such a deal going with any quality makers. The least expensive plate carriers are still about $100 and a full setup of pouches is about the same price. I dont know what size you are but I have a plate carrier with pouches that I will sell you for $100 it is in mulitcam, and it is for smaller build guys like myself. The front pouches are sewn on and are not removeable but the bakc area has some molle webbing for stuff.

That for $100? Go for it, First. I'm almost positive you won't find greater quality for a price around that.

It may not work for you, I am 6'1" 156lb with a 32" waist.

This is a one time thing and any other ones I have are far more expensive.

Why do you want a plate carrier? Its pretty pointless for the most part(airsoft wise anyway), and because they are meant to hold armor they get a bit more expensive. If you are only looking to spend 100 bucks or so, I recommend a RACK of some kind.

What are you looking for as far as pouches? You could get a rack that holds mags from diamondback tactical for about 60 bucks, then order a few extra pouches from tactical tailor(who are having a sale, so you can get stuff from them for cheap). How many mags do you want to carry?

From http://tacticaltailor.com/index.asp?Pag ... ategory=25

MAV body $28.80

3mag 5.56 pouch  $17.50 X 3 = $52.50

Zipper utility pouch $24.50

Total= $105.80

That is what I would suggest to solve your gear woes with your budget.
