OK, if you want this forum to be about AK's then lets make it about AK's. OK? First I'd like to say once again that I hate TM's regular AK-47, but I do like their Beta Spetsnaz AK. It is more compact and just more Russian sounding.

TM's AK, regardless of configuration, has a good reputaion for reliability. I personally don't care for the gun, due to it's looks, but a lot of people use them and we see them at the games regularly.

I'm one of the guys always there with an ak, and I love the thing. very accurate and durable, also I like the looks.

As most of you know, I hate the things.  So I'm asking these questions for a good friend of mine.

1. What AK model and brand do you guys think is best?

2. Do they have metal bodys for these things?
