LC4 Pre-Registration check in
« on: February 01, 2005, 09:28:37 PM »
Listen up troops, for Anyone that is seriously interested in attending this event this is important.

Pre-Registration closes on 15 February!  Your squad leaders will be contacting those that have already expressed an interest in going as well as our LC3 vets.  If you have NOT posted that you would like to go please contact me ASAP.  After 15 February open registration begins and we cannot guarantee you a slot on the Arizona Platoon.  We have 43 open slots to fill, the remaining 5 will be filled by members of the Cimmarians as discussed with Lt Jordan and the squad leaders tonight.

You must have your $40 Pre-Registration deposit to your squad leaders in time for them to send the squad list and funds to John Lu by the 15th.  If you wish to pay your full registration fee at that time that is fine, but the $40 minimum is required to guarantee you a slot in our platoon.

Again, your squad leaders will be contacting you right away.  If you do not hear from anyone by Friday night contact me ASAP and we'll get you squared away.

Sgt Bovenzi out.

Go count the list. I'm sure you will find at least 45 people. I'm like...99.9% sure i'll get to go. I guess its kinda a "first come, first serve" thing. Me and my father are goign to pay the entire thing up front i think(gotta talk to him about that).

Last year we had about 45 people wanting to go and ended up with approxamately 35 going.  There's going to be cancelations right up to the very end so don't be discouraged about not getting a slot.  The point here is to secure your slot now if you are serious about going.  Anyone that registers after the platoon is full will be shifted to another platoon until slots open in the AZ platoon.  The slots that belong to players canceling will be sold to AZ players first and then to whom ever they can sell them to after that.  We'll swap those players for our AZ players in the other platoon at that time if necessary.

Can we make the deposit at JT? It might make it easer if its ok with Ron. I might be getting a head of myself but its just an idea as a means of getting the money to the squad leaders. So please dont beat me!!!

Its probably what the squad leaders will use to send the money to John Lu.. You SHOULD use paypal. Better than cash, check, or credit card. Besides...Paypal will get your money back if you get screwed over.

OK for those are reading IMPAIRED... your squad leaders will be contacting you and that's who you send the funds to.  It dosen't matter if you PayPal it, send them a check or what, you can work that out with them.  Just as long as you get it to them on time.  Do not bring your money to Jungle Toys unless your squad leader says to do so.  Is that clear enough for everybody?
