What's a better vest?

Hi I am completely redoing my loadout and I need to know what is a better vest.
What I am looking for is
Mobility
Molle space
What fits or adjusts the best.
The two vests I am looking at is
  OE TECH Spec Op Plate Carrier ( Tan )

Yea id go with the spec ops too. I run the mod with my m60 due too the weapon being heavy and don't need much on my vest. M4 id run the spec ops for m4 touches and grenades I carry.
