5th Recon Airsoft
« on: September 09, 2010, 01:13:19 PM »
Hey guys,

Im looking for a team to join and couldn't think of a better place to post this. I currently have a team (5th Recon Airsoft) but running it and successfully getting into Competitions is biting into my time so I'm looking to join another team with my other 2 team members. We all have desert Recon experience and myself and another have forest recon experience as well. If you could use some Recon guys, please contact me. We recon well and fight well.

What does that even mean, you have "recon" experience?  Does that mean you served in the armed services or you've just wandered around the desert like everyone else here?

Don't know what you may define it as or if you have a large enough team but... I define Recon as prowling around the desert searching for enemies, reporting back to larger group who then attacks the enemy along with the recon team. Obviously you've never played a good desert or wood game with big teams. Also, some Army training.

Also, what does 17 have to do with trying to get onto a team? I'm honored you'd look at my profile but really.

That's what we like to call "playing airsoft".

That's 2 points for the douchebag scoreboard.  I'll give you a hint, most of us have played at far larger games then you probably ever will.

Okay, right here, stop.

Don't start any more drama. We've had to much already with other threads.

As long as the Army doesn\'t know my motivation, they\'ll gladly call me a war hero.

Thanks and Sorry. I didn't mean to piss anyone off although I'm unsure what it is that I've done to piss him off.

As much as I love those 2 games... No. I went to several Army Reserve Unit training weekends with the 56th MP unit, a friend of mine is a SGT and let me participate.

I have never said anything remotely indicating that.  I am no where near even an Army grunt or Marine grunt. I just have had some training through the Army Reserve. Any problems with that??

My largest wargame is 3500 players.

Also I think its good that you take roles in airsoft it makes the sport more fun to see players doing more than running at each other spraying at each other wildly. MP training, nice. I know a some people who are MP's that great that they let you train with them i can hardly get a tour of a base.
