yeah i have the pre-load of hl2, just waiting for the rest of it now. I played the CS beta.. loved the engine and well cs .. was CS so what do you expect.

cant wait to see some good mods come out for it!
The specialest would be cool or a firearms clone (since firearms wont be ported but the makers of FA are making a mob for hl2 :) )

It's been confirmed that someone guessed Gabe Newell's password, and made the post as some sort of hoax. VALVe has confirmed that the post was false, and the person who posted the information continued to post hours later, saying things such as, "Gabe, you really should have though of a better password than gaben." I guess it's back to waiting [:(]

EDIT: Confirmed as fake, someone guessed Gabe Newell's password and made the post [:(] I guess it's back to waiting...
