Well just to update. I threw the mags and the gun in the fridge for about 5 minutes. No more problem. My guess is the ambient heat in my garage was causing the gas in the mags to expand enough to keep the hammer from doing it's job. Hopefully the ambient temps arent' over 90 at LC.

Does the trigger stay back as well?
Yes it's acting as if the hammer spring isn't strong enough to knock the mag valve. Apparently this is a problem with the increase temps. in my garage from what I've read. I just wasn't sure if it's caused by the mags or by the piston or nozzle swelling in the heat.

I'm having a problem with a like new KWA ATP that I've had sitting around for awhile. It's about a year old but had never been skirmished and just used in my garage, worked fine till recently.
On magazine #1: Issue with it puffing on the first 7 or 8 shots and then it gradually works into full cycle. I can hold the gun vertically aiming down and it will cycle first several shots great, and as I raise it up to horizontal it will begin to puff and not reset the trigger. Seems like as the gas in the mag cools it begins to cycle better as well.
The second magazine won't cycle at all and puffs but you have to manually reset the hammer each time to get it to even puff. vertical, horizontal no difference.
I'm wondering if the increase in ambient heat has caused the mag valves to be more finicky or if this is a hammer spring issue. If there's a fix for this without replacing springs I'm curious what it is.

DEVGRU FROGMAN Headset
These headsets are no longer made and very hard to come by. They were originally produced for military and law enforcement. The ear cup on this unit is starting to degrade. I have a team mate who also used an ear cup off of a cheap computer gaming headset ear cup to replace this. I was planning to preplace/repair this myself but will be selling this as is and including a NON Working Element Elite headset. The plan was to replace the ear cup with the foam material in the Element headset, or mount the electronics from the DEVGRU into the Element headset. I AM INCLUDING THE ELEMENT HEADSET WITH THIS. Pinout is for an ICOM 2 pin. This can be changed to other styles of pinout.

16 and over are welcomed if sponsored with a team lead or 18+ who will be responsible for their game play and conduct. This game is play at your own risk. Minors under 16 are on a case by case basis and must have a parent playing with them in the game for consideration. Camping will be happening at the AO on Friday night. Signs will be posted to the AO.

Roster Updated. Still some room on green and tan. Please adhere to the uniform requirements posted. Prefer green/dark/black vs civilian for opfor if possible. I will be out of town Tuesday / Wed. so post will be updated on Thursday AM and Friday before we leave to camp out. If you see an error on the roster PM me.
I want to stress the importance of RADIO's at this AO. Please beg borrow or steal some kind of motorolla radio. High quality footwear with Ankle support is also a necessity.
