Hav, I am making one for myself right now. I bought all the stuff and am making it from scratch (no kit). It is VERY time comsuming. I'm making a desert-style one but with the ability to add darker greens for woodland.

Well most snipers like to make their own suits, i mean they kinda depend on it and i wouldnt want to depend on someone else...

You can buy them already made, even though Wojo is right. Most (like 99%) make their own. Search the web, or you can go to www.sniperworld.com and there are a bunch of links.
