\"Friendly fire isn\'t\"
If a speeding pellet in a quiet woods hits a noob in the face, and he cries, does anyone care?

For the gas masks, i was planning on only making people wear them when someone threw a smoke grenade and if you dont have it on after three secongs, you die

Why so far away? But make a very strict system of ranking and communication, vehicles are always a plus. Double crossing, spies, flares, signaling, special weapons (ie; RPGs, Flame throwers, ect.)

Its so far away cause i need to plan a little bit and get any stuff i might need

Keep It Simple Stupid

I find that mil-sim type games that have ridiculous amounts of rules tend to turn into a cluster very quickly.  Have one or two difficult objectives with a couple FRAGOPS on the side, keep the rules simple (medic, for example) and let the two teams figure it out for themselves.  Don't hand-hold the teams throughout the game.

Combat challenge did and does mil-sim op's solely for this purpose. while Restrepo was a three day event. Florence wasn't because of the restraint from the Guard.  Nevertheless, it was Mil-sim
