Out of five feedbacks, one is a negative.   I'd think twice before bidding on what he's selling.  As a general rule, I don't usually bid on anything unless the seller has at least 10 feedbacks (all positive).

The best way to deal with an auction like that is to get them to ship it UPS COD, then open the package in front of the UPS man so you have a witness just in case.

You could open a real gun in front of them.  It's part of their job description.

I'm not saying you should or shouldn't do it, just that with someone with such low feedback that's the only way I would take the chance.  At least you know he won't get the money till you get the package.  If the seller says they won't do it then I would not trust them.  They have nothing to lose by shipping COD except shipping costs.

Looks like either ebay pulled it or he canceled the auction.

"Invalid Item" means that eBay pulled it.  If he cancelled it for any reason, it would still be there as a closed auction.  I bet he forgot to put the mantra about the blaze orange tip and the "meets all federal regulations".  eBay is very anti-gun, and they are quick to delete auctions.

AirsoftClub M14 on eBay without all the hassle
« Reply #12 on: April 14, 2004, 12:13:03 PM »
As we disovered getting an M14 from AirsoftClub can be an ordeal, but not anymore.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 84436&rd=1

If I had the money I'd bid on this.
