Yes welcome to airsoft and the forums. Most are not in teams persay and just play on one side or the other with their friends at organized games. But there are a few teams out there, each team operates at their own comfort level. You may want to try airsoft out a bit before finding a team, that way you can get a feel for airsoft and most importantly get a chance to feel out the airsoft teams out there.
