Junior Leadership Team Training coming to Arizona

United States Continued Service is looking to see what the interest in the following course would be in the Phoenix and Tempe, Arizona areas.  Please let us know what you think and if August 16 would work.  We could present the classes in multiple locations or one central field.  Hope to see you all in Arizona!

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Junior Leadership Team Training is a FIVE PHASE program that is coming to a city near you! Utilizing an Airsoft platform, USCS offers an insight into the mindset and training of the United State’s most elite warriors. Navy SEAL’s, US Marines, US Army and US Air force Veterans along with our nations Wounded Warriors, join forces to empower and cultivate the exceptionalism of our citizenry through guest speakers, team training, and the chance to be a leader in a team setting.

If you're looking for inspiration to be your best, or if you want to understand what makes the elite who they are, this program is for you!

Junior Leadership Team Training; Don’t just lead, lead from the front!

JLTT PHASE 1 - Basic (3-5hrs)
JLTT PHASE 2 - Medium (3-5hrs)
JLTT PHASE 3 - Advanced (3-5hrs)
JLTT PHASE 4 - Senior (3 days)
JLTT PHASE 5 - Elite (5 days)

You must complete each PHASE level before moving to the next, receiving the coveted JLTT patches along the way, signifying each step in your quest to be the best!
