Xbox live at asu?
«

Have been trying to get xbox live to work all day, but no luck. Im assuming it has something to do with the login required to access the ASU network. When you connect it redirects you to a login site where you login with your asu id. any way to get xbox to connect?

You have to go to Computer Services in the MU.
Have your X360's MAC handy.
This is on ASUrite and should be in your student housing orientation packet - at the very least, it is covered in ASU 101, chief.

I am on the east campus and had the same problem, be prepared to have terrible connection and when your going to shoot someone in COD4 they jump 10 feet in either direction. Most of the time its ok, but it can get down right retarded sometimes.

Just to let you guys know,....I work at ASU and manage the 1:1 Tech Studio as well as all the comptuers in the computer commons (and a few other labs on Tempe campus)
You can register your systems online at
www.asu.edu/registergames
After you find yor MAC address click on Register Your Game System on the left. Fill in the blanks and you should be all set. If it doesn't work shoot me an email or PM I can take care of it....
Thanks,
-Trey

Yea...we get that one a lot...
Make sure you are putting in your ASUrite user ID with a lower case letter. The iPhone makes the first letter capital automaticaly so make sure you change that....
This normaly takes care of it....
Thx,
-Trey
