about evike.com
« on: August 04, 2010, 05:13:01 PM »
ok i have had terrible service with there online and support for years and years and found that there in store service was not much better except for a few employees that work there.. currently im in l.a. and visited there store today and i talked to a girl and she did not seem to interested in helping me or attempting to help me with my problem, btw u have to take a ticket to be helped and wait for ur number to be called. i then walked outside pissed off and smoked a cig and went back in took another ticket and waited again and spoke to a guy who seemed very helpful he understood my problem and seemed to try to do what he could to help and while he helped me i, letz say talked and questioned the hell outa the guy he seemed to take it all with a smilling face i then learned he was the manager or assistant manager so if u need to talk to someone i suggest u ask for harry kwee for all help u need i did talk to other employees who did not seem to care about customers but harry seemed to be on top of things i thing if u have in store help needed hes ur guy or if u have any help needed u could prob count on him

if harry cant help u im guessing no one can give harry a chance before u cross evike off ur list of stores not to go back to

this is my experience

all airsoft shops are the same, gearbox is ron, ron is a saint and not a super im right and your wrong kinda guy... he doesnt have to be, thats hat his techs are for.

all the other shops ive gone to are a$$holes  its airsoft there all one-up'Rs   especially in CA.   AEX the only way to get helped at that shop is to play on the field with lorance the manager and make sure he remembers your face, aka rush a  group with him and win  :D/  .    the first time i went to AEX i couldnt get anyone to help me, i eviked what i needed and then met him the next sunday . now as soon as i walk in the door i get what are you funding me today?~

my first time in gear box i couldnt get service... although that was 5 months after he took over JT.  really its just the  communitys, were all abunch of  hard headed know it alls. unless your a regular face we dont care about you.  Its not the way you should run a business but then again there just players that applied and got highered because they know most of the product  :?

....  atleast thats what ive compiled  O:)

i know this a late posting, so far evike hasnt screwed me over and ive heard MANY horror stories. the only reason i have found to shop at evike is for the scope defenders. its an excellent item to have if your running a high dollar scope, red dot, reflex... etc.
