i had a visitor this morning in the form of a snake. Since i live so close to south mtn preserve i assumed the worst. I did not want to wait for animal control so is used a fire extinguisher to shock it then a shovel to chop the head off. I was in fear of it being poisonous and an immediate threat to my family. The .38 was locked up and i didn't want to go find the snake shot either. But if i did discharge my weapon in my house which is within city limits would i be held legally responsible or would i just have to call the police informing that i discharged, and had them come out. I looked reading 13-3107 and it talked about permits, which i do not have. I understand that i should talk to my local municipality but i'm a busy guy and hate dealing with bureaucracy. Any guidance would be helpful.

All parts are 2 months old total of every thing with gun came out to 400 for internals and gun. The gun has 2000 rounds on it and 500 for the piston since the stock cyma could take the lipo. I would run it on a 9.6 and it should run much longer than a stock echo1.

As we know California is notorious for making bs gun laws, and they usually can pass when they are half way reasonable to the general public. Most of the general public doesn't give a rats a$$ about his sport, due to trying to emulate real weapons. So I think that this bill probably will pass. But there is an upside.

I'm fine with receiving an all white gun. They are easier to paint, then black. In addition a guns value can be increased dramatically if it is painted well. Eg somebody in the valley could have a full time job painting guns. I like being able to stand out from the guy next to me so if my gun has a better paint job it will sell better when i sell it used. also your old body parts will be worth more money, not to mention your pre ban guns if this bill passes.

These are my views on it. Please discuss it, i just think there can be an upside to this bill if it passes.

edit. Because so many people will be painting the guns manufacturers might be inclined to start engraving instead of laser etching.Which would be f---ing sweet.

Due to some conflicting parties i need to sell some of my guns mostly the long ones.

First up is a Tan PTS ACR, bought from Gearbox, Only two midcaps shot through gun. The reason is that i have been waiting to get the money for parts to be able run a M120 reliably. Have not shot gun past 120 ft, so i don't know if the hop up needs to be corrected. Google it and you will see the common problem and the fix. The gun is so stock the orange tip is still glued on.

400 gets you the gun, original box, manuals and dvd, i may throw in the dummy round too. Also have mb 6.03 TBB Ak length that i will throw in if gun sells by next friday. Price is fairly firm.

Next up is a marushin m500,  full stock was leaking gas and i replaced necessary parts. Was told by previous owner that it has AS cocking arms, but i doubt it. The front ring that holds the cocking tube to the barrel broke. Had to zip tie the barrel to the tube still works but is ghetto. Have not shot in 6 months may have new leaks

Lastly a echo1 one asr with the factory fps upgrade kit, modify barrel spacers and mb 6.03 l96 barrel.
Has pvc pipe protecting tip of barrel. Still have original barrel and cap if wanted. Will do 110 for gun as is or 100 if you want me to install barrel original parts. Cash must be in hand before installation, hence i really don't want to but will do.
You can buy a l96 adapter for a suppressor to cover the inner barrel, but i just used this gun for plinking.
