Arizona Paintball Depot.  It is good for almost anything aside from work on your guns.  They also have a field that they haven't been opening much for airsoft in the past year.

Not true at all. Iv'e been taking my guns there for years (including the JT era) and have had only one complaint. The complaint was that the vending machine was out of Mountain Dew.

I've had Ron's guys work on almost every gun I've owned and for all of my friends for years whether for repair, upgrade, or routine maintainance and have always been satisfied. AEGs break, especially when abused. the fact that you are going off of just seeing someone drop off a gun is not only hear-say but inaccurate. You have no idea what that person did to thier gun, unless you not only live at gearbox to see it come in, out then back again but are with them everytime they use the gun. Unless you have a first hand experince of having an issue with them it's not right to bash on a name of a creditable person that has been properly and honestly serving it's customers in an reputable fashion for about a decade if not longer. IMHO your creditablity goes down the tiolet with the people that repost inaccurate info from other forums and try to defend it with out admitting they were wrong. First hand experience is always king, and since all you have is weak hearsay at best, it's not cool to bash a good guy and good place that speicalizes in Airsoft, not some paintball place with what you have(dont have rather).

Bad parts? Done poorly? Returned not fixed? Why haven't we been contacted by these people if this was the case? Of course we'd take care of any issues, we're a service-oriented business. I'm glad you're confident in your own ability to work on your stuff, we all should be as proficient. I just fail to see why we haven't heard more complaints if you have seen "too many people" with problems.

I praise Ron and the crew at Gearbox.  He has bent over backwards to help me.  He is what customer service used to be.  I cannot say enough good things about what he does.  Let alone, everybody at Gearbox greats me by first name, and I only make it there about once every other month.

I second that. Gearbox has done nothing but provide quality repairs and excellent customer service for me.
