Title: Installing an M4 collapsing stock on an SR-16

I got a CA M4 collapsing stock to put on my SR-16, but I can't figure out how to get to the screw head to screw it on, besides that the screw fell out and I can't figure out how to take the stock apart to get it back in......help!!
