I have a battery issue as seen in the following image. How should I go about fixing this? If I can't fix it, who can I take it to that can fix it, JT, SAD, Batteries Plus, what?

by soldering it.
-
Yes you'll have to resolder the wire to the battery. It will involve cutting some of the heat shrink back and pulling up the cover tabs then resoldering, waiting and re-heat shrinking the battery pack.
-
Paul at Jungletoy Tempe will take care of it.
-
Tempe JT is an ass long time away. Besides, he still hasn't got back to me on my USR-11 (No offense Paul, I know stuff gets busy what with the moving) How about somewhere local. I'm from Scottsdale.
-
Well, you could try Batteries Plus then, although I don't see Tempe JT as being that far..I've driven from Scottsdale JT to Tempe JT before, it takes like 20 minutes.
As an aside, I was there when you brought your USR-11 in. That was not that long ago. There are people with guns ahead of yours.
-
Yea, every time i've taken a gun to Paul, there have been a bunch of other guns in line, but that says something about the kind of work that Paul does.
-
there is a batteries plus at Thunderbird plaza off Scottsdale road that will fix it while you wait.
-
I said no offense Paul! Besides, he said he'd get back to me monday. Last monday. It's not a big deal.

Got back to you.
If you bring the battery by here I can solder it back in place while you wait.

I took it to Batteries Plus, and they re-soldered it, and put some glue and new wrap to make sure it doesn't happen again, and all for free. Now that's customer service.
-
Did you even get it from them?
-
Yeah, I had it custom made.
-
They fixed my battery that I didn't buy there for free. Also i asked them if they carried Deans connectors also called T connectors. Then their like we don't do airsoft stuff. So I asked them if they knew what that was and they said no. Other than that they are good.

That happens alot just be more carful with your batters

Yeah I'll be very CAREFUL . The battery is fixed, and your input is no longer needed or appreciated.
