MTT Staff spoke with the owner, David, of a new airsoft store that will open this Friday.
Steve related that the store will be carrying a variety of airsoft (CA, TSD) and tactical gear.
The shop is located at 550 W. Baseline Road Suite 106, near Fry’s Grocery Store on Baseline and Country Club Road.
Steve futher related that the store features and indoor shooting lane to test AEG’s before you buy them.
Adrenaline Zone will offer some discounts on bb’s and other supplies during their opening.
The stores hours will be from 10 – 8 pm on Friday and 11 – 9 pm on Saturday.
The owner related that the store's website is not up yet.

is this in tempe or mesa?
-
Its right around the corner from Gearbox Airsoft ( like 3 miles). So I think its in Tempe (or damn close to it).
-
Mesa.
Is this an airsoft store or one of those paintball places with a few overpriced AEGs on the wall?
-
I was wondering the same thing.
Either way Its prolly not going to make a difference, Gearbox already has a trustworthy reputation and AA registered staff.
-
I have a feeling we are going to have a new board member soon, and what will become an attitude will most likely not be welcomed. Then a mimic of Airsoft Arizona will be had by his "loyalists"(there will be like...10). If the owner of this store manages to have good product and good services(on par with, or better than Gearbox), then I will welcome the competition between the two stores(nothing against Ron). It only works out for the consumer in the end. Though, I will still fully support Gearbox Airsoft and its staff.

I went in there today, it was alright, the store got broken into the night before it opened so there wasn't much in stock. The guy, Steve, he was pretty cool too. I say give it time, it'll grow.

Greetings AA,
My name is Steve and I am the guy with the new store. We are located at the corner of Baseline and Country Club in the Frye's shopping plaza. 5 Doors to the east of Frye's in the same building, Suite 106. We are Definetly an Airsoft store, I have been playing for 10 years or more, and no matter what products I expand my buisness to carry I will always keep exceptional service to the local Airsoft Community at the front of my priorities. I am in the process of planning a large scale indoor/outdoor all weekend event for sometime in February if not March. I will be coordinating my schedule with Marauders so as to offer frequent play without scheduling conflict. As was mentioned, we were burgled, and my insurance is giving me all kinds of fine print nonsense, so until I am able to bounce back, I will be of short stock. I am able to order anything you can imagine, and I am offering "Internet Pricing" to make up for the lack of stock at present. Any wayz- I look forward to the oppurtunity of doing buisness and enjoying one hell of a killer sport with all of you.
Thanks
Stevo

Anyone been to the store yet?
If so how is it, like how is their inventory and prices (despite their run of bad luck with the break in)
-
I stopped by today and talked to Steve for a little while. He doesn't really have anything left other than what was on the wall (go figure), some bbs, and gas. He is currently working with the insurance company to get things sorted out. He said he was going to offer prices more in line with internet pricing so it should be less than retail but I didn't ask for specifics. He works with a group of stores from the Midwest so they should have some decent buying power. He is willing to order anything you are looking for as well.

Does anyone know if this store is still open? I tried looking for it today and i couldn't find it. I did see a couple empty spaces so i was wondering if he already closed up shop after the burglary. If it is still open, and im just going blind, could someone direct me to it's exact location?
-
How is this:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&saddr=& ... 5&t=h&z=18 (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&saddr=&daddr=33.380224,-111.842692&hl=en&geocode=&mra=mi&mrsp=0&sz=18&sll=33.379956,-111.842489&sspn=0.003207,0.006845&ie=UTF8&ll=33.379866,-111.842263&spn=0.003207,0.006845&t=h&z=18)
It's the "B" mark. Last place on the strip.
-
Ok thank you very much. I must just be blind because I drove right past it and didn't see it lol.
-
I don't think he has a sign yet.
-
I'm 3.1 miles from it.
I'm also only 2.2 miles from Gearbox, if anything of mine breaks down, I'll be covered 8)
First I need to get back into the damn sport.
-
One quick question, does this place still exists? :/ Hope everything goes well...it's nice to have another airsoft shop in Arizona.
-
This shop has great potential. I just got back from there and yes, they do not have much in stock but they give amazing deals in its place. They told me that they will be getting shipments in almost every day next week. I love gearbox but Adrenaline Zone is within walking distance. Everyone check them out next week :)
-
I'll go check this place out as soon as I have 3 hours just to kill and if my parents will drive me. But sounds cool steve!
-
Was just over there.. not much inventory but the place is pretty cool... I think my Airsoft needs will be met there in the future!!!
