Theres this really nice looking shotgun on airsoftmegastore and its like 70 dollars off its original price so i figure thats a steal and i was wondering what your guys oppinions are on it

dont expect an effective range over 20 feet or so... one of my little brothers friends got one of those shotguns that fires multiple rounds per shell, its a complete waste of money in my opinion... it was around $50 or so.

you are better off with a pump action that fires only one round, honestly...

the DE is garbage.

The UTG and TSD trishots are the way to go.

and... that's not $70 off original price.

i believe the kid i referenced bought a UTG. i know we have at least 3 UTG pumps in my neighborhood, one of them came with a 300rd hicap or something ridiculous...

for spring rifles, they arent half bad. i have no experience with the other brands referenced though..

This kind of shotgun feeds from replica shotgun shells... they hold 30 rounds each maximum.

yes! well, the one my brother has feeds shells through the bottom, each shell holds 5 rounds.

the one this kid has uses an actual mag... its a winding hicap, no joke. it also has a 50 rd midcap.. haha overkill isnt it? by the way, its not a burst shotgun, its a single shot. im not comparing it to the one the poster wants, im just saying it because it came to my mind hah

Although a sawed off shotgun can add to your mil sim loadout, trying to wield most shotguns in airsoft is a bit of a pain. You really have to use some tactics..You get one shot, rack, and shoot again. I had a Marushin and gave up on it after one game.
