Having had to deal with a friend's crappy HFC clone of the KWA Mac 11 which is more or less the same gun with crap mags, its not worth it. When I looked up all sorts of takedown guides and such of the KWA, every issue I encountered seemed to be experienced by owners of the actual KWA that I was having with my friend's HFC.
They are very picky and it only takes one mistake to cause a whole series of headaches and possible broken/malfunctioning parts. Basically when it comes to gas guns, there is a HUGE drop in reliability between semi and full auto GBBs. They are just more complicated and not as much time and research has gone into them compared to normal GBBs. They also suffer from cool down and frozen parts because of the high cyclic rate compared to semi only GBBs.
Having used full auto GBBs and played against them, they just dump ammo WAY too fast and aren't very effective. With my KJW 1911 hicapa, I can fire very rapid shots and have never ever had a moment where I wished I had full auto. Even on Semi auto I burn through ammo fairly quickly with my hicapa. I usually run with four mags total for it which works great. I'd say you could probably get away with three mags for a semi-only GBB. Full auto and you'd be looking at literally hundreds of dollars of mags just to keep up with how fast you burn through ammo.

Bowser on these forums owns a KWA Mac 11. I've seen him use it on the field before, he even got me out with it once. Thing's pretty sweet, packs a punch. He's never had much of an issue with it to my knowledge.
As for the above comment on full auto GBBs...
For gas blowback RIFLES, they can be a little impractical, seeing as they tend to hold no more than 30-40rds per magazine, and are easily outgunned by most AEGs. Of course, what you gain is an immense cool factor. However, many full auto GBB SMGs, specifically those made by KWA, are great guns as lightweight primaries that pack a punch. I've heard great things about KWA's MP7, MP9, and M93R. Of course, just because your gun is capable of full auto, doesn't mean you need to use it. However if you choose to, it certainly has a way of getting enemy heads down on the field. The rate at which one burns through ammo is entirely dependent on one's play style and trigger finger, not the weapon which they wield.
NOW, all that said, while I agree it is tempting to buy the Mac 11 due to it's cheap price (cheapest gun in KWA's lineup), I have heard of different issues popping up with that specific gun, as well as it's sub-par accuracy (to be expected though) and extremely limited customizability. My suggestion would be to save a bit more and look into the KWA M93R, or even the MP9 or MP7 if you can afford it. Depends on what exactly you want it for though... decent sidearm? Lightweight primary?

I would also echo the above words that if you are heart-set on a full auto GBB, there are much better choices from KWA. The MAC 11 just has a design that isn't exactly 'forgiving'.

Its an awesome gun when the mags work. ](*,)

I had the same problem with the HFC man. The GBB itself works fine, but even with KWA valves, the mag is the biggest failing point.

here is the problem with kwa gbb smgs they shoot too hot to play at vanguard and i know that you are there almost every weekend. You could learn about the tm mp7 xaviermace could give you some pointers if you are dead set on a small smg. Or buy a p90 and get over it.

I do love my TM MP7, that's what I run at Vanguard. That said, I've got a prototype nozzle for my KWA MP9 that does get it down to Vanguard limits.

Woah where'd you get that and is it available for any of KWA's other guns?

PM DangerWerx and see if he's currently got some available since that ad is a little old. Mine was a test sample, but as far as I know he hasn't made any changes. Gearbox installed mine and it dropped it down to right at 330fps.
