Title: Ok want some recommendations.
Post by: TheUNIT on November 21, 2011, 05:35:57 PM
Ok so I am soon getting a High End AEG to replace my mid-lvl AEG's and was wanting some recommendations. Ive been looking at G&P (mainly the magpul g&p), G&G (mainly f2000 or Scar), and some others like KWA. I just want some preferences and if you have a high end gun from one of these companies or and others please share and tell what you think. Thanks!

the magpul G&P is really good except i belive they are wired to the stock and then youll need a lipo to fit in the stock. the G&G f2000 would be really unique and cool and if you like bullpop go for it, scar is also very high quality and i hear fun to use. and KWAs are obviously good but i think they only take kwa magazines so thats a downer. peronsally id get the SCAR but go for whatever works for you

Ya the G&P have very high ROF but I honestly could care less on that. F2000 has the adjustable FPS and quick spring change so thats a huge bonus for me. Scar if pretty cool also. and ya the KWA's are good just have to use their own mags so bye bye mid caps...

I have both, a FN2000 and a KWA SR10, I have to say, KWA out of the box if ready for Lipo and field use. No regrets with the solid body and ris. FN2000s are unique and compact for better handling without sacrificing range, and who doesnt love adjustable FPS.

I'd say go with the G&P and buy a crane stock so you can use a 9.6v. It will last for years without problem as long as you don't open up the gearbox. By far the greatest gun I have owned and many more on here will attest to that.

Ya thats what I have heard. But i would need the fps down cause I do play CQB. but I guess a fps reduction flash hider takes care of that.

Intellect and GandP 9.6v 1600mahs fit perfect in the KWAs, have enough juice to last ya. Get a couple.

I have a kwa m4 and can use every m4 mid and highcap out there. So thats a myth that kwa can only use kwa mags. This gun is awesome in my eyes.  These are the only guns I will ever buy now.

Ya. Not too good at gearboxes though. so thats why im mainly looking for a gun with adjustable fps or quick spring change. Ive heard those flash hiders work well though haha

they only work in semi auto though. If your mainly going to use it for indoor games but insist on boosting the fps above 330 for field games then the F2000 with the quick change spring would be a good choice

why not just upgrade the guns that you have now and make them high end?
your gonna spend a good amount getting a new one. why not just make the one/s you got exactly the way you want them. i dont know what gun/s you got, but for the money you would spend on a g&p or kwa you can make a gun the way you want it to be and afford to have somebody put it together for you.

ya. But I have a JG. Yes I can upgrade it... But Id rather spend my money on a gun with good externals that will last and internals that will last me for a while.

If you're talking high end, why not go for a Systema? You can adjust the FPS by simply switching out the cylinder, so you can go from CQB to field FPS in a few minutes.

My buddy modded a G36C with a quick change spring assembly, or it may have already came like that. Let me double check, but it might be doable in other builds for ya.

I mean not that high end. Like in the price range of a KWA, G&G Pro-Line, G&P.
