Thanks Kiley, This way when I shoot you I can see whether I scored a 10 or a 9! :) LoL

You guys need to play Russian with us so you can be on the winning side of one Lion Claws event before you die.

LoL, I don't go to John Lu Ops any more to win or lose, I go to kill people and all that matters is I killed enough Russians to be classified as World War III : )
Seriously though, you guys did a good job of keeping up the fight in the latter stages of the day. All those guys who wanted to pretend they were US Special Forces/Super Rangers couldn't hang in the latter part of the day and it showed big time.
Review
My Biggest Gripes are:
1. As always with these types of games, after the first 30 mins we never know what our status is on mission objectives. The game eventually turns into, lets just shoot some people and forces are squandered fighting to take areas that have no mission value.
2. On Sunday Russian Command gave orders to troops to ignore the use of 858 grenades which we were utilizing, calling them distraction devices only. The Warnord/rules clearly defines them as a live action grenade and approved for use. Not sure where the confusion was had but it puts a damper on the game play.
3. If you go to a game, you better be ready to hang for the whole weekend.
Pros
1. Had fun shooting at friends all day long.
2. AO is still unique.
3. For a change of pace had fun playing airsoft and not milsim.
4. I saw a lot of honest players out there and one hilarious not so honest player who was promptly called out by game staff for being invincible. I'll have to post it, got part of it on film.

Here's that video, it's a hoot! Even the CO was like, "dude seriously?" The guy was duel wielding pistols the entire run. You just got to laugh at the how comical the whole thing was.

LMAO! "There he goes" "There he goes again"
Interesting point on the 858's. We were told 1/2 way through day one by game control they were no longer valid grenades. I guess some Russians and USFOR kept tossing the same ones back and forth and both sides had a fit. I kept using and honoring them like they were legit though and don't recall anyone else not doing so. I see no reason why they can't add a clause to the rule about rearming the electronics before respawn and not using enemy grenades and call it good.

Put this music over it (http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=37goQWkrysA) and you have instant classic.

The thing that irks me on that issue are two points.
1. Game staff should stand by their own Warnord. People pay alot of money to go to a game where they plan their equipment accordingly to follow the rules. If I pay to shoot my guns at a 1,000 yard range and halfway through the day they change the rules to where I can only shoot at 300 yard targets, I'd kind of be upset. Field changes on major rules like that are a big NO NO in my book.
2. If game staff have to make changes to the rules, they need to inform everyone at an appropriate time. Such as the pre-deployment of the second half of the day and all game staff need to be on the same page.
To allevate that issue, I mark my grenades. If mine are thrown back, I can easily tell and thus I'm not hit because the enemy was giving my used grenade back to me to be respawned when I go back to the ccp or fob. Thing is, if people are just honest and follow the rules you won't have all this BS/drama. But for that people have to actually read and understand the rules to begin with.....
@ Bob, that's great. I'll have to see if I can edit that in sometime.
