i dont mean to sound off topic here or clutter up your sale thread, but where did you hear that the rumors were false?
i have it from multiple sources, (by that i mean retailers/owners of stores that deal delt with contour directly)
that contour did indeed shut their doors. now if they have indeed reopened their doors and are back in business id definatly be interested in that news.

also just to stay on topic, i am interested in the camera. is there anything you would be interested in for trade? i have lots of stuff that i would be willing to trade. i am a big fan of the contour cameras.
