I'm not going to sign up this second, but do they have training manuals etc.?

Yeah they do. Not your standard type but the have the SAS fighting techniques guide, Military intelligence and interrogations manual, edurance technique of the elite forces. and others including medical and survival amnual by the army and other branches. Also they have a lot of factual history books on different conflicts and tactics of different wars.
