i got this price from airsoftshop.com
Tokyo marui M16A2 with battery and charger and 350 FPS upgrade: 256
silencer= 29
Delta Elite Cross Draw Vest = 50
3 point sling = 15$
which =350 Total
what else could i buy that would not cost a lot of money? and would the gun either cooler or better?
and also, should i get this gun or does marui have better ones?
-
personaly i like classic army over marui in terms of m4/m16 varients but for 250 with battery and charger its a good deal for a starter aeg. I would'nt buy the silencer it has no effect on aegs. Id use the money saved from the silencer to buy a red dot scope

Where are you ordering from? I noticed you didn't account for shipping, and if its overseas, you might pay a duty tax or something like that. That stuff alone could run you $100 bucks.
-
be careful before you buy it. seems really cheap. as said ^, you should save up for a classic army. but thats just me. cant go wrong with TM. good price i think.

i listed the website in my post that i got the pricing from

Dude, honestly, TM M16a2's are shit compared to the G&G or CA M16 variants. But if you're prepared for barrel wobble and all, its your choice.

G&G sucks. Ask anyone around here, besides StoneEagle(for some reason his G&G M14 rocks).
But, you are right about the M16A2 barrel wobble. Your best bet, if you want an A2 model is go get a Classic Army M15A2.
-
correct me if i'm wrong but i thought G&G fixed their m16 problems?
-
Yeah, they had come out with newer versions and fixed a bunch of their problems.
-
Well, IMO, I wouldn't be the first on the block with a gun that is a version two, just in case the shtf on the gun again. I remember my brothers, and Bens G&G had some motor problems. For that price, just save $50 more and get a CQBR. It's everything you'll need. Trust me, no joke. I mean.. I have one, Ben has one, Ian has one, Vince has one, Matt has TWO.. get the CA Cqbr.
-
Yea man, get a CQBR, all the cool kids are doin it!! Seriously though, they are nice guns, I have one as well (the G&P version).

Hey I have one too! Don't forget me!
Listen to Nate man. The CQBR is MORE than worth your money. I can't wait to see how it's kickin in a couple years, but I'd be willing to bet it'll be shooting just as well. If airsoft guns were cars, the CQBR would be the new, indusctructable, H6.
-
yea the TM M16A2 is an old gun, one of TM's first, not the best to tell you the truth, but looks cool if you have a reddot and an M203, but you should get a CA or the CQBR like everyone else said, its great and worth the money.

The barrel wobble problem can be fixed with a little teflon tape around the threads.
-
I did that with electrical tape when I had my M16A1.
