Hey guys, I already have more than I need and have told myself not to buy anymore, ... But suppose I was thinking about adding maybe something fresh to the armory... I have mostly CA ( AR15A4, M14, M14Scout, SA58, M249 ) and 1 Echo1 ( M14RIS ). I don't really know much about any other makes... Are KingArms any decent? And what about parts availability? I hear TokyoMarui mentioned often but never see to much in the way of parts for them or am I just not finding the correct avenues to them?  I don't mind the CA's that I have and I'm not too sure about the Echo, it seems to skip a round or two every couple of seconds, I'm not sure if they all do that or just mine in particular, I don't like that though! I just wanted to hear what your thoughts were on other manufacturers?  Thanks!

Hey All, I am starting to look for another motorcycle project and before putting out the cash I thought I would check here first and maybe you can help me and vice-versa... I am looking for a project bike and prefer older sport bikes 70's - 80's 'ish. I have too many models that I like, to list, so why don't you tell me what you have and in return, I have to offer 1) CA 249 MkII  I bought new at APD for $580.00 with a MAG 2500rnd magazine that was $125.00, has a Madbull 120 spring, otherwise stock. I've filled the mag 3 times and the setup has never seen a game, I've shot it several times at the house and showed some people the gun...basically brand new! 2) Echo1 M14RIS I bought new at The Gearbox for $220.00 and it comes with 2 HiCaps and 4 G@P 160rnd MidCaps that I paid $85.00 for and also a King Arms scope mount that I think I paid $30.00 for...Also like new, this setup as well has never seen a game. I used it around the house some and once at our team practice. I have remounted the batteries so that there is better weight transfer, Batteries are 3600Mah and were $55.00 and are included, other than that it's stock... $1100.00 worth of stuff...If you have something that fits the bill lets talk....Local Phoenix Valley area only...And MUST have CLEAR title!  

Can someone please tell me where I can find midcaps or even hicaps for the M14RIS? I can't seem to find any... must be blind, I didn't even see them on their own page Thanks for any info!

 My buddy just called and told me about an issue with his CA SCAR. He was changing the spring for a 110 and now the gun spits 3 bb's out at a time, in other words, for every cycle the gun makes in semiauto mode it shoots 3 bb's at a time. Any idea on where to begin looking for the problem?  I told him I would post this question and for him to stop by tommorrow with the gun and we'll check it out. Also the bevel gear that has the anti-reverse spring on it...well, that took off somewhere, and he made areplacement, do you think that would have anything to do with it? I've done several spring replacements myself but have not encountered this problem, any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! Steve

Hey All, Anybody know how long you should let 9.6v 1500Mah batteries charge? The charger that came with the rifle(an Echo M14 RIS) doesn't have any indicators...I'll get a better charger soon, but until then, any ideas? Thanks!

Any of you following the Frankenstein build?  What do you think about it?
  I'm curious about where they are getting their rpm from? The motor? The piston? And the ROF, that's not the same as rpm, correct? I also am curious about the MOSFET and whether any of you use that? I like the idea of what they are doing and maybe we'll have to tinker with one, I'm curious what you guys think about it?
