Accessories & Gear / G36-mag friendly tac vest?
« on: April 04, 2007, 12:00:41 AM »
Anyone have a recommendation for a G36-mag friendly tac vest?  Preferably one sporting a digital woodland camo pattern?  Essentially, I just need to carry:

* 2-4 G36 mags
* 1-2 Wei-E tech pistol mags
* Icom radio
* Pistol
* Hydration pack
* Blackberry Pearl

General Off-Topic Discussion / How many teams in AZ?
« on: April 03, 2007, 11:23:10 PM »
Just curious to see how many airsoft teams are active in Arizona.  Post up your team's name, and maybe an emblem/patch/etc if you have one.

I've been accused to choosing exclusively male hobbies lately.  Between this and python programming they might be right, but I'm curious to see just how many females are active in the forums.

I figured the timing for this was relevant in light of the recent tourist killings in Saudi Arabia.  Share your thoughts, read the whole thing, and refrain from stupid one-liners.  You know the drill:

I don't know if this is for real or not, but the blog claims it was produced by some kind of North Korean official.  The comments on the blog seem to think otherwise, anyway, its worth a good laugh.  Enjoy:

It seems some Americans (probably the first to offer dollars in payment overseas, if they ever travelled abroad) take umbrage at this practice of Padron Pizza.

Some of you may remember Troy Hurtubise as the guy that wore a suit made of spider-silk-like material that he claimed could withstand BEAR attacks and made a car hit him to prove it.  He's now developed a new bullet-proof suit for his spring line of armored apparel:

Anyone know of a local surplus or airsoft store that would have Flecktarn rigs available in the Phoenix Valley area, preferably in Deer Valley or Tempe?

Anyone seen the movie yet?  Its playing at Harkins - Valley Art. Supposably makes Fahrenheit 9/11 "look like Bambi."

Introduce Yourself! / Howdy Howdy

I've actually been around for a few months, mostly just lurking around the Saguaro forum, but anyway, I'm David, .dh or simply dxh.  I was born in SoCal, but lived in the 3rd world country that is southeastern Idaho for most of my conscious life, and moved to Phoenix nearly 4 years ago.

I started airsofting after my buddy from my old job at DeVry's Help Desk, Ed (deathbydanish), introduced me to airsoft earlier this year.  I usually sport ACU camo at the games and use a CA G36, and a Wei-E-Tech gas pistol when the previously mentioned G36 runs out of ammo.  I'm also currently mulling over the idea of adding an XM8 to my arsenal as well, since a NATO gun with U.S. Army camo is a bit of a mismatch.
