Just wondering. About how many people are going to be there? I don't wanna waste gas if very few show.

With only a few RSVP's from non-team members, we're guessing around 20.

Directions please someone.. THANK YOU.

The street address for the Prescott Denny's is 1316 Iron Springs Rd.

Come into Prescott on Hwy 69 or Hwy 89 (they merge into Hwy 89)
At the Y intersection go right onto Sheldon, stay there until it T's into Montezuma
At the T intersection go right again onto Montezuma, stay there, the road will change names twice, once to Whipple then to Iron Springs
At the intersection of Iron Springs and Gail Gardner turn right, you will see Denny's on your left.

We don't actually meet IN the Denny's, just in their parking lot.

Ok,this has gotten way out of hand. I know what I said about my polar star but it doesn't mean I am gonna do it. I am here to have fun not hurt people. I met with who I believe is your brother at his store yesterday. We had a nice talk and I laid it all out on the table about it. "Side note" when you post games in the future just also put up no thread crapping,if you aren't showing up don't post. By the way I will be there for sure plus 1.

I agree and feel I need to thank you for backing up the age of our players.  (Lady Wolf almost became Momma Bear and that's NOT a good thing! ;))

Everybody who was talking about raising their FPS so high was just trying to point out why FPS restrictions are a good neccessary thing. They were just trying to get you guys to see that. This has happened before and although it may come across as a smart ass comment or they may look like jerks they are just trying to get you to put up some FPS and safety rules so people won't show up shooting that hot.

I'll try and make it up there if most of my team wants to go.

Understood, as we both said this is a learning experience.  I guess I just don't play those games, if I want to suggest to someone to do XYZ I just come out and say it.  Then again, I carry salt with me at all time so I can deal with the taste of my foot in my mouth because it gets put there A LOT.  :D

Looking forward to meeting both you guys and your teams/guests.  See ya on Sunday!

I didn't see anyone being a jerk or on an ego trip.
We all pointed out the you have no rules and needed to get some set up.

On a side note what's in the water that makes it worth  5$ ?

Actually a couple of you pointed out that because there weren't any FPS limits you could shoot your guns really fast, therefor causing us to question why someone would want to if you're playing in close quarters (as in, less then 50 feet).  We have never had this kind of an issue before and when first reading about events on here I, personally, thought FPS & mag limits were uncalled for.  Now I understand why they are there.

We do have rules and as stated by Shock & Awe we were happy to share those, though we admitted that this has, and will continue to be, a learning process.  The information you gave us has been really helpful.

The $5 is for more than just water, sorry my original post wasn't clearer.  It's for a day of lost business, considering the cost's of other events I think this is more than reasonable.

I hope there is a Minimum Engagement distance atleast in place for lacking a rule against High FPS's. I hope I am not the only person concerned about this as a Safety Hazard.

We call it a 'Bang Out' distance, it's in our Shock & Awe Field Rules.  Shoot Adam (aka Raptor, co-leader of Shock & Awe) a PM or email and he'll get you the info.  I'm not so sure off the top of my head and I don't want to mis-quote the distance.

I think my team might be interested in this. Will give you a solid confirmation later this week.

We would love to have you come up and play!

If we bring our own water do we need to pay the $5?

Yes you do, it's not just for water.  Sorry my post gave that impression.  :-\

Is it midcaps only?

NO!  Come & Play with what you have, no restrictions. :-)

Sounds interesting.

Since I live down here in Chandler, would it be possible for you to either mail or email the waiver to me?  My parents are sure as hell not willing to drive up to Prescott just to sign a waiver :P

This should be ok, I'll have Raptor get something out to you.
