You missed the hilarity of the freshman who shouted for joy when he finally got a kill, and that turned out to be the camera man.

I have a lot of scholarships. Real mken don't cry for more than 2 days a a time anyways

Hah, are two days the threshold of manliness? Anything over is a loss of a man-card?

Getting back on topic, there have been some big scenarios in the past where there were to be 4 or 5 games and the setting of each one was contingent upon the outcome of the previous one - meaning you actually should care about winning. But again, there was no physical prize to be claimed by winning.

I agree! It's great to have the best free game organization back and ready to rock! And I agree, the free games would be better on Saturday.

Good to have you back. :D/

If you're talking about some sort of actual tournament where there is a bracket / schedule and /or prizes to be won or winners to be declared, you're in the wrong game. Paintball is the one with money riding on it (sponsors), but in airsoft we're just playing to have fun, and if you happen to win, hopefully it's not at the cost of sportsmanship and making the losing team never want to play you again.

Putting prizes or money on the outcome of the game will definitely bring out the worst in people. People might not call their hits, or even worse: people will accuse other people of not calling their hits.

UPDATE::

Medic rules are standard for both sides you get hit once anywhere pull out your white rag- your designated medic will medic you tying the rag on your arm and bring you to his mobile CCP- you can only receive combat medical attention a total of  2 times before you have to “respawn or re-deploy” from a marked location on the map provided. “re-deploying” uses a life

this isn't supposed to be a walk in the park :)
*** you will need to bring white rags in order to be medicaly attended to in combat

So if getting hit 2 times costs you a life, when you run outta lives are you pretty much dinged, outta the game, and have to pack up and head home?

Hey guys, how did the game turn out? at first light, the weather looked really rough and rainy here in northern phx, so how was it at the RU field? (even though the cooler weather is much appreciated) was the rain really bad at the field?

Local Games Listing/RSVP / Lost item from Rebel Union Day op on Aug 29
« on: September 01, 2009, 05:02:27 PM »
I have been given permission to make this lost and found thread by AZSarge, and when the issue is resolved I will gladly ask to have it deleted. On the morning of the Rebel Union day op on Aug 29, my friend Manuel and I hitched a ride with a squad of other players at the rally point in their black truck. These other players were wearing a kind of digital / ACU camo . These people left the game early around 11:00 or 11:30 and like an idiot, I unknowingly left my glasses in a white plastic bag in the flatbed of their truck.

If any of the 4 men from that truck would be so kind as to reply to this post or even pm or call me just so I know your name(s) and so that I can verify if my glasses are still in their possession it'd be greatly appreciated. If you don't recall who I am, I was the guy with the L96 sniper rifle with the reflection hider in the scope, and one of you guys in the truck (I think Marco was his name?) also tried out my friend Manuel's sniper rifle.

Also, if anyone knows a Marco, could they direct him to this thread or have him call me? (I've considered the possibility that these people might not be active on AA)

If I have to, I will offer a reward for the return of my glasses.

Brett
