Wish I didn't have to work, looked like it was a lot of fun.  Me and my bro will be at the next one.

You might be able to get in on a BLM crew but Hotshots you need at least a year of experience.  State hand crews are nothing compared to a hotshot team, if you plan on getting on the hotshots, that pack test should be a breeze.

That sucks, that info would have been handy before me and my team went camping last night at the AO.  Around 9.30 in the morning we figured no one was coming.

As a dirty Taliban I thought the game was great.  Lots of shooting and action,
There was nothing more as a team that we could have done right.  Great comunication on our side, I heard many times what side the US team was attacking on and an estimated size of attacking force.

As for the US team, it seemed you did as good as you could attacking the hill, but the terrain was not on your side.
Also, If you had attacked us on our left flank right as the sun was coming up, you would of had an excelent chance of taking that hill earlier and with fewer causulties because the sun was completly blinding us.

I want to thank all who put this game together, it was outstanding.  I loved the roleplaing part.  Also, being at the AO that early and playing a predawn game should be done more often.

That's right Robby,  That was me and my brother.  Now that we are highly trained by Mark we will be a terroist force to be reckoned with (or somthing like that).  Nice to see your getting back into the game. Now if we could get Ed to show up once in a while, we'll almost have our old squad back.

Of course me and my bro are going terroist, all we have are ak's and always wear shemags.  Plus my brother doesn't shower, so he fits the part great.

after investigation it seems to be the tight bore barrel creating suction on full auto.  It will fire a few rounds then stop shooting bb's, so I have to switch to simi auto and after two shots its shooting fine again.  Since it only locks up on full auto that seems to be it.

Ok, I can't figure out the correct feel for shimming.  I have read that there should be slight play in the gears side to side, and I have read that there should be no play side to side.  When my gun came upgraded from redwolf it seemed that there was slight play in the gears.

I have had the gun for over 2 years upgraded to 400 fps useing a 8.4 volt 1700 mah and it's worked fine.  over the years I have decreased the spring then increased it back while adding a few upgraded internals, but never messed with the gears until the whole locking up issue.

I realize I didn't log in my name, so the question from above is me.

General Off-Topic Discussion / ghost recon 2
« on: November 18, 2004, 06:40:42 PM »
I picked this game up yesterday, and it is awsome.  It's a little different from the original ghost recon, but still very cool.  The only thing I don't like is the fact that you can't switch to another squad member after you die.
