It's probably going to break just like the rest of their guns.

Agreed. :D

Don't forget, they will blame YOU when it breaks on the 2nd mag.

Most games don't allow these because its completely unrealistic and stupid.

Vanguard doesn't accept them either do they?

Doubt it, if they did, that would be some BS. If I can play using 3x30rnd mags and still rape people during a game, I think you AEG'ers can survive with some midcaps..

There was a reason why this terrain was chosen to host military special operations training.  I believe the units who will be operating in and around the area will find it to be a decent challenge. It will definitely put you to the test and should be a lot of fun!

I suspect most people will just drop out and say F it part of the way through the day, depending on what they are doing.

Expensive as hell. 70$ to paint a stock? 20$ per mag

Might be worth it but it could get expensive real quick
It looks awesome in real life. I was quoted $150 recently for a Multicam Hydrodip

So you say, but you are still the only person I've ever met who tries to claim KJW shoot better out of the box than Tanaka's.  More importantly, I don't know of anyone who's seen evidence of this.

I don't think they shoot better out of the box, but they are a cheaper platform to start with if you end up replacing most stuff anyways.

I think most people who spend $600 on a gas rifle that ends up shooting only "ok" out of the box are pissed to admit it. I've seen a few that were ok but owning half a dozen over the years myself, never were impressed by their accuracy.

That's a M24... not a M40

Your right, my bad. ](*,)  If I remember right Red Wolf had the M40 body kits. I know they have some Tanaka M40s too.

Expect to dump close to 1000$ into one before it shoots right, the tanakas that is.

Define "shoot right".  Out of the box they shoot better than most guns on the field.

have to disagree with that, obviously you know that. ;)

The Tanaka hop up system was a novel idea in the way it works but didn't succeed. The FPS variations using propane or GG is too wild from shot to shot.

The $1000 includes the gun its self(about 550 after shipping for most of them),

VSR conversion - $100
VSR Rubber - $20
VSR barrel - $100
etc etc.. it adds up.

Out of the box you can make 100-150ft shots but if you want to go out there to 200, 250, 300+ you need some work..

I think you have teh Tanaka's confused with your KJW's again.

Nope, actually the KJW hop design is "better" since it already uses a VSR bucking.

For anyone who is interested, send me a PM. $49.99 is over priced, and I can grab these ALS Smoke grenades for you for a bit cheaper.

Wait, are you trying to say SGC is overpriced?!?!

SURELY NOT, THEY WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING.

Agency pricing is about $35 for those smoke grenades.

I was thinking about buying one, but I thought I would ask if its worth the $85.

For a reference:

I have one, they are good for what you pay. Since it's pretty dry here, and you probably just want to stay warm, try the condor micro fleece.
