Well first come check our website out and introduce yourself at our forums if you wanna play some games with us.

www.geocities.com/ahwatac

It just shows the geocities main. What do I need to do to be on the team? Wear matching Tie-Die shirts or anything?

Why the fuck is everyone getting so goddamn technical? If you like playing one way, play that way. Fuck whoever thinks you're in the wrong, they won't matter. Not like you've got to deal with them all the time.

I like Milsim because it's more fun, I like playing soldier. Plisken is for PS2 and Bond is for DVD. That's all my opinion. Again, my opinion matters to me and only me. Nobody else. No point in arguing.

I've yet to see someone dress the part of Neo or Ethan Hunt and get away with it. Or even dress the part and be able to carry on a decent conversation about real guns, airsoft or anything at all. Usualy, the people that try to dress like movie characters, like Dog the Bounty Hunter, don't know much about military tactics, or tactics at all. They're just too in to WOW, BF2 or CS.

Maybe your friend is different, but odds are against it, in my opinion.

Brian, have you ever heard of Lion Claws? It's a pretty big event. It requires tons of discipline. And who would watch the whole game, or even most of it, on live internet? I already get pissed at cameramen at LC following everyone everywhere, although I've no real right to be. Watching the videos from LC aren't always so intense. The DVD's for Irene are probably way more intense. But, not good enough to watch live.

You might bump into some hostility, but it's only because people that try to make airsoft go national pop up and die like flies. It never lasts, and airsoft is perfect as it is. You'll see if you play a few official AA Games (propperly, with the right gear, gun and mindset)

You're just too young with too high of hopes.

Oh, and as for radios, get an ICOM. Best ones out there. I sold alot of my airsoft stuff, but the ICOM stays.

This is why I don't take girls to the indoor range. Vince was almost there for that. It's a shame I was there.

This board is filled mostly with 15yr olds. If there WAS a thread like this, it would be in the part where kiddies can't get to. But there's not. You know why? We all know each other. And we know whos got a girlfriend, and who has not. Not saying I'd enjoy the thread if it picked up, and I'd try to contribute, but maybe in a more appropriate place (18+) with more appropriate aged people (older than fifteen).

Okkkaayyyy, I just saw it. It was pretty funny. I laughed when he started banging Amy Smart over the newspaper stand.

Oh, and Matt, Trans.2 sucked. It was WAY fucking out there. I mean, I think there's limits. Transporter 2 passed them all.

The main actor played a shitty role in a shitty movie (Transporter 1/2). He actually does better in this one? I didn't want to see this movie, just because he was in it. I'm wrong?

And senior members of our forum have freedom to tell you to shut the fu(k up, in which case our opinion matters much more then that of a 14 or 15yr old who got his s*** from momma's dough.
Actually, I paid for ALL of my airsoft gear by myself.  All $6000 worth throughout the years.  And what makes your opinion more important that someone that is younger?  I know a lot of people that are my age that know more about airsoft that A LOT of older players.

You're a liar. I doubt you paid for 6k. Nothing you say will change that.

I think Ben is right. He's got more say than I do. Vince does, Mike does. They're all way better than I. I've got more say than Fish and Poland.. and boominator. It's not the age, it's the experience. And it's not even if you're better than one or another. It's who knows more, who knows what works on the field and not. Don't say, "If you know more, than you're better on the field" because I know a decent amount, and I suck on the field because I never play. But, I think I've got more say than most of you 15yr kiddos.

And with that said, I Also think this thread should be locked. This is just one more "kids and airsoft" thread. Made by somebody who should have known better than to make it.

the one thing i've learned from this heated topic is that all one needs is experience. no matter where it may be or who with. the more practice, the more you'll learn.

I think you've got the right mindset, but the wrong idea. If you train with the wrong people, you develop bad tactics. And in my mind, training is every game between LC games. It's simple, the more you play games, as in actual official AA games, the better you get. I haven't played in a while, but I think if you ask Vince, Ben or Hunter, the last few games I played, I wasn't bad at. That's because I used to play alot before then.

I don't have time to play now, so I'm getting worse. If I played with Doug and the Team of Twelve's, I would probably know half of what I know now. I think he's got the right idea, to train, but going about it in the wrong way. I'm not saying I've got a better way, I'm not even trying. So he's doing better than me by putting the effort forth, but I'll wait till' the games, where the experience builds. Plus, you get the same amount of experience, twice as often, with no charge, with people my age.
