This is why I want your help. I dont want this movie to look like a made up story about Iraq. I want to make it as true as possible. Mabe I could change it to marine. I will take a look at those books and get an idea.

Thanks guys for the heads up. I dont really know anything about the begining of the war in Iraq. The internet sucks butt at giving me info. Please PM me and give true info about the first parts of the invation. By the way, I am going army, so my name has nothing to do with me. I dont know how to change it, so bear with me.

Alright since you put it that way, I'll try to convince you guys and explain.
This is a quality movie I want to make. It will take focus and a little dedication to get this done. It will require 2 days of recording. Most of you will only take part for 1 day.
If you have any ideas of where we can record, send me some photos. (not some ones back yard!) We will most likely record out in the desert northwest of Phoenix.
There is at least 6 main characters for the US and a lot of extras. The Iraqi's will be all extras. Uniforms are self provided. US is 3 color desert camo with black boots (most people dont have tan boots). Guns are self provided (obviously). US needs american weapons (M-16, M-4...ect), and Iraqi's will have russian weapons (AK-47's...ect)
This movie will be based on one (army) soldier's experince during the Iraq war in 2003. For more details on the plot contact me.
The most important people for this film is the camera crew. I need a crew! Also if you have any editing or special FX skills, contact me.

Hey, if your not going to say anything possitive about this film. Dont say anything. Your just going to cause problems. The location will be determend. As I said earlier, there will be a meeting (time and location will be anounced).

Ok, here we go. This movie has no pay!! It is of free will!! If you like, there will be punch and snackes. The movie takes place during the begining of the Iraq war. An army unit has orders to hold a position until the rest of the unit arrives. But little do they know, there are right in the middle of an insurgent hide out in which out numbers the army unit. This movie is not going to hit the big screens!!!! It is an amatur movie for fun and mabe an amatur movie compition. We will film in the desert (location will be anounced). Befor we record, i need to organize a camera crew and special FX team. When i have done so, we will have a meeting and those who want to be actors will attend. I will explain everthing at the meeting!! Please contact me!!
