TOP M249 Manual needed!!
« on: August 11, 2006, 07:27:39 PM »
Hey all, i have a TOP M249 that i need to replace the piston in, and i was wondering if anyone has a manual that i could acquire. I would be happy with a digital one or a paper one. Thanks.

We have a Top M249 at the scottsdale JT.
I checked the manual that comes with the gun, and it does not show how to remove the internal components.

Well guess i will do it the old fashion way and start taking out screws and see what falls off. :-) Thanks anyways. Hey do you also happen to have a new piston for the 249? if so how much are they?

If you have a digital camera handy, take a picture after each screw and part you take out. You can use them as a reference in putting it back together in case something goes wrong.
