Is it the thread aligning reason, why it will not fit a CA receiver?

It's not the pitch of the threads, but their depth as per Raith.

I had a King Arms MRE kit with the KA outer barrel on the front of one of my Classic Army CQBs and it eventually loosened itself enough to be quite wobbly.  I don't know if the threads were not deep enough or the pitch was incorrect, but they're different somehow.  Once I noticed that the MRE was loosening, I sold it off and put the OEM rail back on it.

Furthermore, because for some weird-ass reason, the CA guns receivers are taller (Or the barrel threads are lower) the MRE did not line up with the upper reciever's rail.

I think the CA's are closer to ICS receivers.  The ICS receivers have a longer threaded tube for the front end which prevents some front ends from threading all of the way back.  They aren't loose, there is just a gap between the receiver and the front end.
