Motor Problems
« on: May 02, 2008, 11:00:32 PM »
I just sold my gun today, and it worked fine. I even got it to chrono it in Gearbox and it worked fine.

But later on the day i got the call from the guy and said after about 12 shots, the motor winds but does not shoot anymore. He called me and asked if it has happen before. I said to him and knowing about it, to my knowledge I didn't have problems, i let my friend used it when he didn't have a gun and never had a problem with it.

Is it a major problem? Because i called my friend who worked on my M4 and said that the screw that aligns the motor and the gears are off.

the screw for the motor mount might need to be fit into place with a little locktite. Also if the 2 phillips screws are loose that could also cause the motor to fall out of place.

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.

I had that happen all that he has to do is take it into APD and its going to be like $5-10 the little "placement" screw on the head of the motor probably came off. Real pain in the a$$ to fix.

This happened to me on my MP5. I got it home, fired 2 shots through it and the motor would spin and it would not shoot. Ask him if BB's roll out the end of the barrel or if he can see the nozzle move. When Batman opened mine up the back tooth had stripped off the piston.
