Ca m15a4 shooting to the right
« on: January 18, 2010, 08:57:00 PM »
so, i noticed today my Ca m15a4, was shooting way to the right. i checked the hopup to make sure it was correctly alligned, it was. and the hupup nub its self is in like brand new condition. What els can cause it to Shoot to the right?
It has a nice Grouping, but its shooting so far to the right i cant adjust the iron sites to match where they hit.
im thinking it could be like a bent barrel or something?
Its not the sites, there perfectly straight. Same with everything els, it justs shoots to the right hard core.. Not like a hopup curve to the right. just like i shot, 5 degrees to the right of there i actually shot..
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

Its probably just the alignment of the hopup and barrel assembly. My CA did the same thing. You said you checked the alignment of the rubber? Try actually reinstalling it. It only takes a little to set it off. I suggest getting an SCS nub anyways.

Allright, Ill pop it off a little later, And see what that does. I was thinking about just replacing the hopup rubber and nub anyways

Try cleaning the barrel too. I know it sounds a little off but I had the same problem with my M4 and it actually made a difference.

I figured out the problem, some how the barrel was bent, i put a mad bull in it and it shoots great now
