Airsoft Arizona patches and custom patches
« on: September 21, 2010, 07:24:16 PM »
Does anyone know where I can get a Airsoft Arizona patch, I looked but was unable to find any. Also I have a great idea for a patch that my 1st Cav. unit had in Iraq. There were little haji places that made patches over there so we had them do it. I gave mine to the team leader that replaced me when I ETS’ed and would like another. Does anyone know where I can get a custom patch made? I looked on the internet but they want me to buy 10 at $20 each.

My Mom used to have an embroidery machine that could sew any jpg image onto clothes /hat or a patch.  I think she got rid of it a while back.  But lots of old ladies have them to put crap on baby clothes... you might want to try hanging out at a store like jo-anns or micheals, you'd probably find a contact who'd be able to do the patches pretty cheap (you might have to entertain some cougars).  I think those embroidery machines are pretty expensive like in the 500 dollar range... I'd lobby your mom, grandma or wife to get one.  A lot of people make a lot of money selling baby clothes that they embroider with flowers, characters and other baby stuff (thats what my mom was doing for a while).

I don't know who does the RU artwork, but I love the shirt I got at harvester.. unless you already have a patch idea they might be able to provide some artistic input.

Try this place, they are really cheap. Just walk in and tell them someone referred you. They usually charge a one time digitizing fee of like $10 but they did a bunch of carpets for me a while back, really really cheap

Well, if you'd rather buy like 200 for around 50 cents each, butler patches does great work.
They will also sell you 10 for between $8 and $60 (total, not each) depending on the size and level of embroidery you want.

That's because it's not worth their time to make a patch.  Most good patch places really don't like doing orders smaller than like 50.

Well Id like to have an Airsoft Arizona patch. Maybe if we could get enough people to get in on a group buy we could do a mass order from somewhere? I saw some of the older AA patches maybe something like that? Check it out

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10203&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=airsoft+arizona+patch

Idk just a thought!

Just wait on the AA patch, I remember hearing that there were a few designs floating around.

I got a quote back from a place here in AZ. $45 fee plus $9 a patch.

How big?  Their price sheet is driven by stitch counts, but not patch size like everyone else.  I've been looking for a decent price to have about 15 made.  I'm not sure how many stiches mine will take.
