Aside from outrageous shipping, I haven't had any problems with ehobbyasia. (Have ordered from them several times before their shipping charges went through the roof)

So if you were to rate their service 1-10 what would it be? besides the shipping factor

Ehobby is at the top of my list for retailers. Good prices, reasonable shipping, very fast service, easy to navigate website.

Can't say about their customer service. Of all the items I've ordered, I haven't had to contact customer service.
