<br />You should deplete your packs as much as possible.    You should also use a VERY slow charge. As slow as you can get. This will let your batteries last the longest. Also learn to use the edit button, "A question aboot my gun" made me laugh, now its kinda annoying.[;)]

Inside joke, he use to be one of the worse offenders of proper grammer and misspelling on the boards.  Now he's one of the biggest to point out others doing it.  Good job Busta Cap!

Wairs mi uhwehrd b|tichs! Yeah i remember when I was the worst speller around "herre". I used to use my ghetto net speak. Lol. Good times..Where'd they go. Anyways. Just get a charger rated at 50-100mah and charge according to your pack's mah rating.

Ex:
1700mah pack @ 50mah charge= 34hrs
2000mah pack @ 100mah charge= 20hrs

Pretty simple. Also, slow charges and depleting your packs will "condition" them and keep them around for ALOT longer, not to mention lasting longer on the field.

A question *about* my gun
« Reply #22 on: March 02, 2004, 07:23:02 PM »
Well I have bought a CA m15a4 carbine and it came with a normal charger. I decided to throw it aside and use a charge i have had for my r/c buggies. For me it seems that is charger isn't doing its job, as my rifle shoots less that 30 feet and can only go through about 400 rounds or less.

I think I might use the charger that came with the gun, but nowhere does it say how long to charge it for. Can anyone help me out?

Also this is the quick charger I am using http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/885600.asp On there it says that it is enough to charge 1000 to 1700 mAH batteries and I am using an 8.4v mini battery.
