I've seen an external battery pouch that fits a pdw stock. You can find it at airsoftextreme.com in the tactical gear section. You could also buy a full mp5 stock and put it on your gun

I also have a mp5 pdw and I have my battery taped to the stock. If it's stupid and it works,it isn't stupid.

Battery Options for an MP5 PDW
« Reply #2 on: July 15, 2004, 04:21:47 PM »
I currently have a supressed MP5-PDW with an m 120 spring with upgraded bushings and gears. Right now all I can put in it as for a battery is an 8.4 volt 600 mah battery. But my rate of fire is signifigantly reduced with a low voltage battery. I have looked into maybe getting a fake peq unit and putting a battery in there. I need some suggestions on how I can use a 9.6 volt 1700 mah or higher battery without having to tape it to my stock.
