G3/G36c hop up
« on: January 22, 2005, 09:57:14 PM »
Hey, my friend had a new inner barrel, and he wanted to put it in the G3, and so we took it apart, no problems, and my brother got the hop up and switched the inner barrels, and when we got it back, the hop-up didn't push down all that much, like there was a missing piece that fits between the little plastic "lever" that goes up and down and the actual rubber. Does anyone know where I can get a parts diagram, or can tell me if theres a missing piece so I can scatter around my room looking? I would take the G36c apart and see, but.. I don't wanna screw up my gun, I'm not a tech when it comes to these things.

Thanks

The NAM magazine I sold your brother has the "HOW TO" put a hop up together in there.  Look at that, see if a part is missing.

Well.. Nam helped. Never thought it would.

It's an M4 hopup in there, but.. I think the bushing is all that's a matter. I found the bushing, on the floor. And instead of taking their tip with the q-tip, I did it with a litle wire piece.. before I read the magazine. Sorta funny. Thing is, that it still doesn't effect the hopup. I'll tinker with it a bit more.
