Ok, I've got a couple questions about this.

1. Does it specifically have to be "bolt-action"? Or is semi-auto ok? If I can come (and I hope I can) I've got a KJW Mk1 Carbine (Sniper Version) if I could use it.

2. When and where will this be? Or is that undecided for now?

I think I could make some acceptions.. like the PSG-1, m14, SPR's, but the kwj m1 carbine.. thats like a pistol with fast fps and a long inner/outer barrel, I would think if we dont get much snipers.. then yeah, that would work, but make sure it has a scope!

Im not sure when it would be.. I just got sick of ppl saying "yeah that would be cool" or "yeah, id go" and ppl saying they want to play a game like this... but then no one setting up a game.

If I can get atleast like.. 6 - 7 snipers, and a bunch of AEG players, then I would set a time date and location

so far it would be,

Me - APS-2
Dave - Kar98
Andy (soon) - m40
Vince - APS type96
AddoAduro - KJW M1 Carbine

I know christian has a SPR.. but hes out of state.. so when he gets back ill ask him..

ne one else?

I have a bone-stock KJW Mark I Carbine, and I can keep the ROF down.

Idea; What if we put an objective in a large semi-open area ...Set a 10.00 bill on a traffic cone, say.. and start from some distance away, each Sniper/Observer equidistant from the prize..

Getting the ten, then making it out and back to basecamp without getting sniped.. The snipee have to turn the bill over to who shoots them..

Wouldn't this be fun to do up near Dugas Road turnoff -Across from Sunset Point/I-17 rest area in the grasslands and rocks out there?

I mention that area because it's easy to get to, much cooler, and just open enough to be a tactical challenge.. -You have to WORK to stay hidden.  Sunset Point (a landmark, we can play well away from the public) is just a few minutes from Black Canyon City, easy drive.

This would work best w/sniper rifles and sidearms.

Just an idea, what do you think?

I dont know about that :- a simple defend or capture the flag(s) would be a bit more fun, in my opinion

Looks like it would be fun to visit, but looks unsafe to be running around airsofting, nice find though.

Im not sure about that, I would go out to that area and look around, and post if its safe or not, but it would just be my opinion, maybe we could just set some rules, like things you cant climb on and stuff, make it safe :)
if we need to... wrap some caution tape on the things we cant be on.

BTW, I know alot of snipers do that.. But to me thats not as fun, I CAN do that, I can wait in the same spot for hours just for 1 shot, but I like to run around and take shots too, but im sneaky about it.

Maybe the aeg's can defend something? or 2 areas to defend, then the snipers attack? that would be fun..

So whos in and whos out?

I think snipers defending would be better.

bolt actions are all about staying still, so it would be a big disadvantage if they had to attack.
