Good Deal for KWC 1911 Springer at Big 5

I went to Big 5 today to see if they had this S&W springer pistol that I used to have.  When I went there, I saw that they had this 315fps S&W 1911.  I thought to myself, "Psh, ya right.  So I bought it as it was only $19, on sale from the usual $40, and I went home to test it out.  I shot a can of soda from about 15 feet away with .12's and, surprisingly, it shot through one side of the can.  I tried again with .2's and it also shot through.

So, for anyone new to airsoft, or just want a cool springer pistol, go to Big 5, I went to the one by PV Mall, and get a Smith and Wesson 1911 for $19, or $20.53 with tax.  They also have an XM8 for $70 that looked pretty cool and comes with a "tactical flashlight" and a red dot sight, not really a scope.  

I don't know how long the sale will last but I was pretty happy for onlyu spending $20 on an airsoft gun.

Hey, I was just letting you guys know that a good springer only costs $19 the little thing does shoot around 300fps.

Hey, my first gun was a clear plastic Desert Eagle electric gun.  It had 4 AAA batteries and a banana magazine that had to be loaded one BB at a time, and my friends and I would play "Matrix" with it because it shot so slow that you could dodge them as they came by.

And I thought I was so cool buying an "electric" gun...



My point is, everyone's gotta start somewhere.
